Join us for a 1-hour webinar by optashift, in partnership with IfM Engage and Women in Manufacturing, which will look at how shift work optimisation can enable manufacturers to support diversity, inclusion and improve operational performance.

– Ensuring greater equity and fairness in the allocation of shifts, roles, tasks and annual leave.
We will then discuss how we worked closely with colleagues within those organisations to deliver solutions which led to positive outcomes and improvements.
